Right of withdrawal

This applies to consumers. If you order as a business, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to you. The refund cases in the terms still do.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise it, inform us at billing@humanizertools.com - by a clear statement (for example a letter or an email). You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Sending the notification before the period expires is enough.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we are informed. We use the same means of payment you used, and you incur no fees for the refund.
Early start, and when the right ends
A review is a service that begins as soon as you ask for it. If you want it to start inside the 14-day window, you must expressly request that at checkout and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. That is the tick box on the Stripe payment page, and it exists for exactly this reason.
Without that request, the review starts after the 14 days have passed. If you request the early start and withdraw while the review is part-way through, you owe a proportionate amount for what was already done.

What is not a withdrawal
Being unhappy with a completed review is not a withdrawal and not a refund case. A score you dislike, a listing that brought fewer clicks than hoped, or a competitor scoring higher are expressly not grounds for repayment. Where we reject a tool after reviewing it, you get the full amount back regardless of any of this.
