Where we are

Switzerland. Everything runs by email - it is faster than post and it leaves a record both sides can point at. If you need the operating company's registered address for a contract or an invoice question, it is on the payment page and on every invoice, and billing will send it on request.

Response times

• Corrections and removal requests: within five working days.
• Open submission cases: within two working days.
• Everything else: we try for five working days and do not always manage it.
